David Brown
Signed by Mark Hateley in '98 he was City's top scorer in the 98/99 season with 14 goals. He was less prolific last season scoring 11 goals. However, despite a tendency to fall over at the slightest knock he is often the most skillful player on the pitch who shows neat passes, good runs and excellent finishing when one-on-one with the keeper. Despite greater competition for places he was almost ever present last season and provides the perfect strike partner to John Eyre.
