Gary Brabin
Joined from Blackpool at the beginning of January 1999 for £60,000 making an immediate impact on the side and becoming something of a cult figure with his 'hardman' attitude. One of the most important figures in rescuing the Tigers from relegation that season. He scored some important and spectacular goals, the most notable an over head kick against Leyton Orient. Last season his form dipped and he was often criticised for some poor games and wayward passes. However, he also had good games and with his ball winning abilities he is still a force to be reckoned with.
